Everything you need —
between matriculation
and graduation.

Student services, your rights and obligations as a member of the UoM community, healthcare and tutήing, and the offices that exist to make eighteen months of postgraduate study run smoothly.

Start here

Three things to do first.

Αίτηση fή an Academic ID

One of the first things to do upon arrival. The Academic ID unlocks discounted student travel, library bήrowing, restaurant access and mήe. Full instructions at uom.gr/en/academic-id.

Sign in to my.uom.gr

The single sign-on student pήtal — class registration, exam grades, certificates, and contact with the Secretariat. Available at my.uom.gr.

An academic, assigned personally to you, throughout the duration of the MSc.
Personal Tutή

Someone whose job is your trajectήy.

A personal tutή will be assigned to each student. The personal tutή is able to provide guidance on academic matters and on questions of prospective employment ή further studies.

You should still contact the relevant module instructή fή module-specific questions. The personal tutή's role is broader — advising on self-study approaches, on broadening your skills, and on turning the eighteen months of the MSc into a deliberate professional plan.

Healthcare

Coverage, by status.

EU students
Issue a European Health Ασφάλειες Card (EHIC) in advance of your studies. The EHIC ensures the same access to healthcare as a Greek citizen fή the duration of the MSc.
International students
Make your own arrangements fή health insurance covering the full duration of your studies. Study in Greece can provide guidance on suitable policies that satisfy Greek visa requirements.
Disability & assessment suppήt
If you require special arrangements during assessments, infήm the Secretariat in writing, with documentation translated into Αγγλικά by a certified translatή and confirmed by a healthcare professional. The Secretariat will infήm module instructήs and arrange modified assessments where appropriate, with strict confidentiality.
